Tim Just want to thank you, Jamie and Fred in Service for the relentless efforts to fix the problem with our DTS, All of you showed extreme patience in working through this. There aren't many dealerships, where the "big guy" would work on a customer's concern and physically help his employees solve the problem. I am always appreciative of the Service Department - Jamie, Chuck, Fred, Kit and others; Eric Altwegg's assistance with purchases; Brad Singer in Parts and the entire sales and office staff who are so friendly. Customer service is one of your many strengths at Holm's. Thanks again for solving our most recent issue in a friendly and professional manner. One more thing - thanks too for supporting the Great Plains Theatre with your presence and financial support. We think they are also doing an AWESOME job with the productions.

"On the road again..."

I was in Abilene for the AAKC Spring Conference on March 31 through April 2.  On the morning of April 2, my check engine light came on, so on the way to that morning's meetings, I dropped my 07 Saturn Vue off for a checkup since I didn't want to drive all the way back to Kansas City with the check engine light on and possibly cause damage to something.  I was at your Service Department when they opened their doors at 8 a.m. and they were all very pleasant and even offered me a ride to my conference.

When I called a couple of hours later to find out what was wrong, I received a completely understandable explanation of what was wrong and what needed to be done to rectify the issue.  They asked when I needed the car and indicated it would be ready and waiting for me when I was done with my conference. 

 

When I came to pick up my car, I was greeted with smiles all around and directed to the payment desk, where Elizabeth was very cheerful and positive, which is not always easy when you are dealing with people who are already in a mood because they've had car issues, and who are sometimes not very happy about the amount they have to pay to fix those issues.  

In short, your dealership was in the right place at the right time for me, and you definitely have the right kind of people working for you.  I hope you appreciate your employees as much as I did that day, and that you recognize  them for their effort at every opportunity.

We would like everyone to know what a great experience we had  with your dealership. We found our truck on the internet,emailed for information, as we live 150 miles away. After receiving the information from your salesman, Chris, we set up a time to drive down and see the truck. We had been looking very seriously for two weeks and had visited several lots. But none compared to yours. Everyone at your dealership was very friendly, knowledgeable, courteous, and very professional. The whole experience was refreshing after some of the other places we had looked. We will not hesitate to come back when looking for our next vehicle.Thank you all, we love our truck!

"Customer Service"

Recently while traveling through Kansas on my way to take my son to start his first year of college in Colorado, we became stranded travelers at the Abilene exit on I-70. I drive a 2002 Chevrolet Silverado 2500HD pickup truck, when we exited the highway we noticed the smell of diesel and upon investigating the entire undercarriage of the truck was covered with fuel. The next morning I contacted your dealership and was told to bring my truck on over.

Upon arrival I talked with Chuck and explained my situation and was told they would take a look right away.  After inspection it was determined that the injectors had failed. What a bummer! I then faced the option of a lengthy delay and a very expensive repair. After talking it over with Chuck the decision was made to do the repair. Getting the parts was going to be the big problem. After several phone calls I was able to locate the necessary parts through my contact in Dallas, TX. The parts were sent the next day to your dealership and the repairs made.

Chuck then arranged for me to rent a Mini Van from your dealership which we then loaded with all the stuff a college freshman can pack into a truck and were on our way before noon.

I want to thank you for the excellent service I recieved! Your staff was courteous and helpful every step of the way!  I can name very few times when I have felt that I was treated as well as your staff treated me.  The great thing about this is I think everyone just did their job which is somewhat a rare find in today's world.

In summary we were able to get our son to school on-time and pick the truck up on the way home, with minimal delay. Thanks again!
