Recently while traveling through Kansas on my way to take my son to start his first year of college in Colorado, we became stranded travelers at the Abilene exit on I-70. I drive a 2002 Chevrolet Silverado 2500HD pickup truck, when we exited the highway we noticed the smell of diesel and upon investigating the entire undercarriage of the truck was covered with fuel. The next morning I contacted your dealership and was told to bring my truck on over.

Upon arrival I talked with Chuck and explained my situation and was told they would take a look right away.  After inspection it was determined that the injectors had failed. What a bummer! I then faced the option of a lengthy delay and a very expensive repair. After talking it over with Chuck the decision was made to do the repair. Getting the parts was going to be the big problem. After several phone calls I was able to locate the necessary parts through my contact in Dallas, TX. The parts were sent the next day to your dealership and the repairs made.

Chuck then arranged for me to rent a Mini Van from your dealership which we then loaded with all the stuff a college freshman can pack into a truck and were on our way before noon.

I want to thank you for the excellent service I recieved! Your staff was courteous and helpful every step of the way!  I can name very few times when I have felt that I was treated as well as your staff treated me.  The great thing about this is I think everyone just did their job which is somewhat a rare find in today's world.

In summary we were able to get our son to school on-time and pick the truck up on the way home, with minimal delay. Thanks again!

We would like everyone to know what a great experience we had with your dealership. We found our truck on the internet,emailed for information, as we live 150 miles away. After receiving the information from your salesman, Chris, we set up a time to drive down and see the truck. We had been looking very seriously for two weeks and had visited several lots.
