Q: Do I need to get more than one estimate?
A: No, you do not.  A lot of insurance companies tell the customer to get 3 estimates.  You do not need to do this.  Only one estimate is needed for the insurance companies.  This is a benefit to you, the customer, because we can work directly with the insurance company for you.

Q: Do I have to take my car where the insurance company tells me to?
A: It is your vehicle and you can take your vehicle wherever you would like to have it repaired.  If the insurance company tells you that you have to use a repair facility of their choice or repairs are not warranted, this is not true.  This is called "steering" and it is illegal.

Q: Will I be kept informed on the repairs of my vehicle while it is in your shop?
A: Absolutely!  You will be called at least 2 times a week with updates on your vehicle; usually on Tuesday and Thursday.  If something arises and your vehicle repairs will be delayed longer, you WILL be advised on it.

Q: Will my vehicle look and perform the same after it is repaired?
A: Yes.  At Holm Automotive Collision Center, we strive to make your vehicle look and perform just like it did pre-accident.  We have the latest technology in frame equipment, refinishing products and repair procedures.  All of our technicians are ASE, I-CAR and GM trained and certified.

Q: Do I pay my deductible to the insurance company or to Holm Automotive?
A: If you are like most customers, you have a deductible on your repairs.  Deductibles range from $50 to $1,000 and up.  Your deductible is paid to Holm Automotive Center and is due at the time of vehicle pick up.  We offer many types of payment methods and take all major credit cards.  Cash, check, and debit cards are also accepted.

Q:
Can I get something to drive while my vehicle is in  for repairs?
A: Holm Automotive Collision Center offers courtesy loaner cars at no charge except for the fuel you use.  We require that you bring the courtesy loaner back with the same amount of fuel that it left with.  If courtesy loaner cars are not available, we offer rentals at a discounted daily rate.

Q: Does Holm Automotive only repair GM Vehicles?
A:  Here at Holm Auto our technicians are trained and up to date on repair knowledge of all makes and models.  We are here to serve and help you make this inconvenience of having your vehicle repaired as painless as possible.  So whether you have a GM or non GM vehicle, regardless of where the vehicle was purchased from, bring it to Holm Automotive Collision Center, we will do all we can to make sure you are glad you did.
