Sales Climb in 2010 for Cadillac

In October 2010 Cadillac sales increased 15% over the same month last year, marking nine consecutive months of sales increases. Best of all - retail sales increased 41% for Cadillac, with CTS and SRX posting retail increases of 70% and 56%, respectively.
