The all new hybrid electric Chevrolet Volt, is making such a huge dent in their sales numbers that an increase of production has been ordered by the American auto maker. The company posted a 25% increase in sales so far in 2011. This is mostly due to the popularity of the all new Volt, redesigned Chevrolet Malibu and first-gen Chevrolet Cruze.

Buick is going greener. In a few months, the American automaker plans to introduce the 2012 LaCrosse eAssist. The new green machine is expected to deliver 25 mpg-city/37 mpg-highway.
